Raw Materials

Our commitment to quality begins with sourcing botanical powders and extracts and other raw materials, including organic and non-GMO verified ingredients when available.  Unlike many other brands, we do our own manufacturing and have complete control over all aspects of raw material procurement, formulation, and quality testing.  Multiple tests are performed on every ingredient to ensure identity, purity, and potency.  Our in-house quality control team and laboratory uses the most appropriate classical and modern analytical assessment techniques.  These include botany, morphology, microscopy, high performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (LC-MS), state of the art inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for heavy metal testing, spectrophotometric methods (UV-Vis, FTIR), testing for microbial contamination, and other scientifically valid methods.

We verify the purity and authenticity of each raw material.
